Non-returnable items:
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on used beauty products, opened skincare items, or personal care devices that have been used.

Return shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.

Damaged or defective items:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will provide a replacement or a full refund.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges:
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.
